为什么要海淘?因为有一种良心叫美亚良心!

大家好,我是cyber8,一名海淘初学者,海淘囤货是趋势,自己也试试做了起来,于是看海淘攻略,选了一堆东西,糊里糊涂就在美亚下单了。选择了转运。转运收到货物后电话我,说其中一瓶小蜜蜂的婴儿沐浴露有轻微滴洒。很快我收到货品后,的确发现有些轻微滴洒,漏掉了10%的液体。肉眼观察,是上面的挤压扭松开了。

每当回事,反正不影响使用,东西也不贵,就这么着吧。

某天还在美亚上溜达,突发奇想,淘宝可以给客户评论,美亚这么完善,应该也可以。准备给点建议,例如包装需要注意。本人愚钝,满网页没找到怎么写建议,只找到可以和美亚联系售后。于是开始一步步往下点,选择了商品包装未破损但是货物残次。最后的美亚固定程式的网页上显示需要选择是要求退货还是退款。

这个难住我了:选择退货?不可能吧,美国啊,为一瓶漏了的沐浴露?美国大佬不得笑掉大牙,按天朝思维:小气,有啥大不了的;按淘宝惯用处理方式:自行联系第三方卖家,然后导致和第三方卖家周旋,就为了一瓶真的就是一瓶沐浴露。浪费时间然后不了了之。这脑残的事我不干!!

总结:其实都是按淘宝思维在自己说服自己-算了吧。

选择退款?再次按淘宝思维:肯定没门,连窗户都没有。一不做二不休,我也恶心下美亚,满足下自己长期被淘宝客服压迫的逆反心理,发出最没谱的呼声---选择退款。

第二天习惯性打开邮箱,看看邮件,连续两封来自美亚的回复,我滴天哪,嘴里的水差点喷到屏幕上。难道我眼睛有问题,难道我赖以生存的英语退化了,这不是惯用的淘宝式思维啊,更不是天朝的惯用思维啊,美亚的回复流程是:

1道歉
2退款
3退税
4退运费
5告知货品不需退回
6告知货品处理方式:使用,捐赠或者丢弃
7为了让你爽,告之这货品是第三方出售,美亚只能做退款,无法再次发货,重新在美亚自营订购免运费。
8各种道歉,一定要你爽。

Normally we'd create a replacement order for the item right away, shipped at no additional charge. However, I see that this item was placed with BLK Primetime, one of a third-party seller on our website.

Because seller's inventory is constantly changing, we can't replace items sold by them that are Fulfilled by Amazon. I hope you'll understand our limitations and restrictions in this regard.

看了三遍,不是我不识字,我是享受这瓶沐浴露给我带来的客户体验。我真恨不得把这邮件装裱两份,一份放在自己面前,遇到不舒服的事读一遍,享受购物乐趣(够可怜了吧),另一份寄给淘宝网,还附中文对照,希望这是照妖镜,不要再欺负人傻钱多的同胞。

遇到第三方卖家出现的问题,淘宝的惯用做法不需要我再表了吧,相信圈里的同学不少都尝试过。美亚的处理是我第一次遇到,或许是偶然,但对我来说是100%满意。淘宝的处理或许有时候也大度,但是我没遇到过,几次下来都是不欢而散,对我来说,依然是100%不满。
